Built for life on the road

hot'r is a wellness and performance system built for life on the road — helping artists stay energized, consistent, and supported in environments that don't naturally allow for it.

about hot'r

hot'r was built for life on the road.

Touring is one of the most demanding environments there is — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Late nights. Travel days. Time zone shifts. High-output shows. Constant pressure.

Most artists don't burn out because of lack of talent.
They burn out because nothing around them is built to support the load.

hot'r exists to change that.

It brings structure to an environment that doesn't naturally have any — helping artists support their energy, protect their voice, recover between shows, and stay steady through the chaos of the road.

This isn't about perfection. And it's not about aesthetics.

It's about having systems that actually hold up — in real life.

Because when those systems are in place, everything changes: you feel better, you stay more consistent, and you can keep doing what you love for a lot longer.

ABOUT JENNIE

hot'r was founded by Jennie Docherty — a former collegiate athlete, MBA, certified health coach, and someone who's spent years inside high-performance, high-travel environments.

As a Division I track and cross country runner, she learned early that you can push hard for a while… but without the right support, your body eventually pushes back.

That lesson followed her into her career. At Delta Air Lines, she built and managed their music business travel program — working closely with tour managers, agencies, and artists. She got a firsthand look at what life on the road actually demands, and how little support exists to sustain it. Later, at Nike and in other fast-paced roles, she lived that same high-output lifestyle herself — constantly traveling, operating under pressure, and eventually hitting burnout.

Along the way, she worked as a personal wellness chef in Los Angeles for a top music executive, and in executive support positions working closely with founders and CEOs. These experiences gave her a deeper understanding of what it looks like to support someone behind the scenes — anticipating needs, managing details, and creating structure so they can stay focused on what matters most.

It was through navigating her own health challenges — and figuring out what actually works in real life, not ideal conditions — that the foundation of hot'r began to take shape.

She's traveled to over 35 countries, worked across industries, and spent years studying nutrition, recovery, and the mind-body connection. But more than anything, she understands the reality of trying to stay healthy while performing at a high level — because she's lived it.
